Animals First offers first class service in order to guarantee the most comfortable journey for every animal
and we enjoy long term relations with all pet friendly Airlines serving Vienna Airport (VIE)
We arrange worldwide and domestic live animal transports originating from Vienna International Airport (VIE),
as well as pick up and delivery service to and from the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Slovenia,

We provide the following in-house services for your transport:

• Import and export handling

• Customs and veterinary clearance

• Transport Documentation (booking, issuing of Airwaybill and other required documents)

Animals First does not outsource any kind of services to third party contractors.
Our transport vans are equipped with AC and heating systems and our staff is well experienced in dealing with sensitive and exotic animals.
We always coordinate pick-up and delivery ourselves and do not employ any external staff as drivers.

Animals First highly recommends to only use experienced and professional agents for pick up, shipping and delivery.
